We are looking for a support professional who takes responsibility and knows how to bring people and processes together. You stay on top of what’s going on, think ahead, and ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. With your genuine interest in both the people and the work itself within the VBO team, you make a real difference. What will you do?

Overseeing the invoicing process.
Opening new cases.
Assisting partners and the team in scheduling appointments and preparing case documents.
Managing the inbox and following up on matters as needed.
Reviewing outgoing documents and ensuring compliance with corporate branding guidelines.
Serving as an administrative backbone and point of contact for the VBO team.

Salary between €3,014 and a maximum of €4,646 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek.
13th-month bonus.
